Thank you for shopping with The Bear & Fox Yarn Den! We strive to get your fiber goodies to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your chosen carrier and location.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or over (before tax and after discounts).

Local Pickup
If you’re near Allegan, Michigan, you’re welcome to choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup at our shop.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us right away if your order is lost or arrives damaged. While we’re not responsible for items lost or delayed by the carrier, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

At this time we are unable to accept returns.
